Impact Days is our flagship conference bringing together the impact startup, investment, and innovation ecosystem. The event combines a strong on-site experience with a structured online event platform (B2Match) that enables registrations, matchmaking, and program navigation.

Role Purpose

The intern supports the Platform Management Lead and the Event Team in ensuring a smooth digital and on-site experience for participants. The role is operational, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in large-scale event execution.

  • Assist with registration management, including:

    • Monitoring sign-ups

    • Handling user questions and basic troubleshooting

    • Supporting approval and changes where needed

  • Coordinate closely with the Platform Management Lead to implement updates and changes

  • Support alignment with content, communication, and program teams to ensure platform information is accurate and up to date

  • Help coordinate platform administrators to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience

Event Logistics Support

  • Support preparation of on-site event logistics (before Impact Days), such as:

    • Participant flows and check-in processes

    • Materials, signage, and basic operational planning

  • Assist the team during the event days (May 18–19) with:

    • On-site coordination

    • Participant support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (prior experience with event platforms is a plus, but not required)

  • Reliable, structured, and proactive working style

  • Interest in events, impact, innovation, or community-driven work

  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in busy situations

  • Availability during the full internship period, especially in April and May

  • How a large flagship conference is planned and executed end-to-end

  • Hands-on experience with professional event platforms (B2Match)

  • Insights into event logistics, participant experience, and stakeholder coordination

  • Working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team environment

Timeline Overview

  • February–March: onboarding, platform basics, early setup support
