Als Innovation Manager*in im Future Health Lab gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft des Gesundheitswesens. Du bringst Menschen, Ideen und Organisationen zusammen und schaffst den Rahmen, in dem neue Lösungen entstehen und wachsen können. Mit einem tiefen Verständnis für Zusammenarbeit über Sektorengrenzen hinweg begleitest du Innovationsprozesse von der ersten Idee bis zur wirkungsorientierten Umsetzung. Gemeinsam mit Partnern aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Medizin und dem öffentlichen Sektor entwickelst du Projekte, Formate und Kooperationen, die das Future Health Lab als zentrale Innovationsplattform stärken.

Verantwortung

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer aktiven Partnerlandschaft und deren Projekte
Planung, Koordination und strukturierte Begleitung von Innovationsprojekten zwischen Partnern aus dem öffentlichen Sektor, der Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und der Medizin (inkl. Recherche, Problemdefinition, Ideengenerierung, Stakeholdermanagement, Pilotierung und Planung)
Konzeption und Leitung von Innovationsworkshops, Learning Formaten sowie Moderation von Veranstaltungen und individueller Meetings
Coaching von Projektteams, Gestaltung und Förderung von neuen Wegen der Zusammenarbeit
Aufbereitung von Informationen und Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Briefings
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender innovativer Formate und Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption neuer Innovationsvorhaben und -produkte
Unterstützung der Entwicklung von neuen Kooperationen
Wissensmanagement für Partnerschaften und Innovationsprogramme
Unterstützung im Business Development

Eigenschaften

Leidenschaft und Gestaltungswille für den Gesundheitssektor
Erfahrung im Innovations- oder Projektmanagement: Du hast bereits Innovationsprojekte, Programme oder komplexe Vorhaben begleitet – idealerweise mit mehreren Stakeholdern aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen.
Souveränes Stakeholdermanagement:
Du bewegst dich sicher zwischen Unternehmen, der Forschung und öffentlichem Sektor und kannst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenbringen.
Konzeptionsstärke und Moderationskompetenz:
Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops, Meetings und anderen Innovationsformaten (wie bspw. Design Research. Kreativitätstechniken oder Prototyping)
Hoher Eigenanspruch in Bezug auf Arbeitsorganisation, Prioritätensetzung, Selbstmanagement und eine hohe Umsetzungsorientierung sowie Arbeitsqualität.
Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch.

Angebot

Arbeitszeit: ab 20 Stunden/Woche mit einem flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodell und der Möglichkeit gegebenenfalls die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit auf 40 Stunden/Woche zu erhöhen
Startdatum: März 2026
Vergütung: Das Jahresgehalt für Vollzeitkräfte beträgt zwischen 38.836 € und 51.268 € brutto, abhängig von Ausbildungsgrad, Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung (unserem internen Gehaltsschema entsprechend). Es unterliegt einer jährlichen Inflationsanpassung. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet, mit der Option auf Verlängerung.
Arbeitsort: Future Health Lab (1100), sowie Mitbenutzung von Impact Hub (1070), Climate Lab (1090) und Education Lab (1040)

Description

As our Innovation Manager at the Future Health Lab, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the healthcare system. You bring together people, ideas, and organizations, creating the conditions for new solutions to emerge and grow. With a deep understanding of cross-sector collaboration, you guide innovation processes from the first spark of an idea to impactful implementation. Together with partners from business, academia, the public sector, and the startup ecosystem, you develop projects, formats, and partnerships that strengthen the Future Health Lab as a leading platform for innovation.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and further develop an active corporate partner community and their project portfolios
Coordinate and provide structured support for innovation projects involving partners from business, academia, the public sector, and startups (including idea generation, stakeholder management, pilot implementation, and planning)
Conceptualize and lead innovation workshops, learning formats, and facilitate events and individual meetings
Coach project teams and promote new ways of working and collaborating effectively
Prepare and analyze data and information; create presentations, reports, and briefings
Support the further development of existing innovative formats and contribute to the design of new innovation initiatives and products
Assist in the development of new corporate partnerships
Measure and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives
Maintain and develop knowledge management for corporate partnerships and innovation programs

What you bring

Passion and drive for shaping the healthcare sector
You are enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and want to actively contribute to its development.
Experience in innovation or project management
You have already supported innovation projects, programs, or complex initiatives – ideally involving multiple stakeholders from different sectors.
Confident stakeholder management
You navigate smoothly between companies, startups, research institutions, and the public sector, bringing together diverse perspectives.
Strong conceptual and facilitation skills
You have experience planning, conducting, and facilitating workshops, meetings, or innovation formats.
High standards for organization and execution
You are self-organized, able to prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results with strong implementation focus.
Excellent communication skills
You have outstanding written and spoken German and good English skills.

Job Specifications

Working Hours: From 20 hours per week, with a flexible working hours model and the option to increase the weekly working time to up to 40 hours
Start Date: End of February/March 2025.
Compensation: The annual gross salary for full-time positions ranges between 38.836 € und 51.268 €, depending on education, qualifications, and professional experience, in line with our internal salary scheme. This is subject to an annual inflation adjustment.
Contract Duration: Initially limited to 18 months, with the possibility of extension.
Work Location: Future Health Lab (1100), with access to Impact Hub (1070), Climate Lab (1090) and Education Lab (1040).
