Description
As an Event Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth coordination of all event logistics. This includes welcoming clients, setting up event spaces, managing on-site catering, coordinating various suppliers, and aligning with different departments. You will serve as the main point of contact for space bookers, ensuring they feel at home and that every aspect of their event is executed seamlessly. You will work closely with our Hospitality Lead.
The position is part-time with working hours depending on the event schedule.

About Future Health LabThe Future Health Lab is the new innovation centre for the healthcare of the future.Here, since 2023, active players of the Austrian healthcare system have been developing joint solutions for key challenges that no organisation can tackle alone. Public institutions, leading companies, interest groups and patient organisations, healthcare professionals, innovators and research institutions come together in new collaboration formats – unbureaucratically, in a protected space and on an equal footing.
